Meet Emme + Crew
Emme, Hamstarcat, Ao and Rax. The Make Believe Bike Gang.
They are friends and co-adventurers, journeying through life's
simple moments and complicated ways.

Emme
Pensive but playful, delicate but enduring, light but dark. Emme is a conflicting mix of traits that form her sensitive but strong character.
She enjoys reading, making friends with nature and riding her bicycle. Curious about the outside world and introspective to her internal struggles, she can get a little lost in thought but always returns with a cheerful smile.
Hamstarcat
Equal parts cute and gangster, Hamstarcat (or HSC for short) is Emme's most loyal companion. A fan of satiric humor, deadpan jokes and kung fu movies, HSC brings the snark to everyone else's sweetness.
HSC is at once the protector and the complement of Emme. He ("he" used loosely, as HSC has no gender) takes a measured, no-nonsense view of our worlds, skillfully bringing Emme back down to ground when she starts floating too far away.
When Emme awakes in space, she turns to find HSC, and that he can talk. The origins of HSC are revealed as their journey unfolds.
Ao
Pronounced Ah-o, this is Emme and HSC's sweet and dedicated Pori. He is also HSC's unlikely best friend.
Pori (commonly known as turnip or teardrop sprites) are one of the best parts of this make believe world. They are cheerful spirits that love to help and take care of others. Their good-heartednesses sometimes makes them vulnerable to others' bad intentions. However, they have a strong community and protect each other.
Some fun facts about Pori: They can grow and shrink to any size, as needed. They have small retractable feet, usually retracted since they can fly and hover. When excited, their flora arms display colors that are unique to each Pori, similar to a fingerprint. They also love to dance.
Rax
Rax is a smart, mischievous creature that loves to have fun. Though she doesn't have ill-intentions, her antics are sometimes at others' expense.
Rax is part of the Sepka species. Sepkas are long flying serpents with cat-fox-like heads. They are fluid, fast and strong. Most Sepkas are serious, graceful creatures that are exceedingly proud of their noble history. Rax's unusual spirit has made her an outcast amongst her own kind (something she doesn't like to talk about).
Rax joins Emme and crew on their adventures, but comes and goes as she pleases. Though she is outgoing and gregarious on the surface, her deeper self remains largely a mystery to the rest of the crew.

Emme and friends are the cheerful hosts of Mimochai. Their story will unfold as this site grows.
It should be noted that the MBBG occupy just one world here at Mimochai. There will be many other stories that include other characters that exist in the same universe but not the same world, if that makes sense. You can think of the MBBG as the mascots and core group of this universe :)
